Malts: Marris Otter, Vienna
Hops: Polaris, Comet, Galaxy
Tasting Notes: Alpha Centauri is named after the closest star system to our star system, "The Solar System". Alpha Centauri has 3 Stars in its system, if you think our sunset is nice, imagine 3 of them, at once. A planet called Proxima b has also been detected which is in the 'habitable zone'. A pale ale loaded with hops, space hops. Well not exactly, 'themed', would be a better word. Polaris was used as the bittering hop, Comet as the taste hop and Galaxy for the aroma hop. Grapefruit is the most dominant taste at first with hint of melon and peaches. Why 4.32%? That's how far away the Alpha Centauri star system is from our star system in light years.
