A return to Pale and Hoppy format for the Alter Eagle .A pale blonde beer with citrus hop flavours from Amarillo and Citra hops, giving a refreshing citrus aroma with and flavour profile with some bitterness being perfectly balanced by the malts. A lovely refreshing pint for the wonderful summer we have been having.

Cask @ Ale House, Todmorden. Mildly hazed light golden ale with a small head. This was a freebie as it was the last of the barrel, but at the same time it tasted like glue so will reserved judgement on its taste until next time.

GBBF Day 2. Cask. Light haze on this pale gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Light dry palate, reasonable fine carbonation. Thin malts, modest sweetness. Dry pitby hops, touch of grapefruit. Dry finish. Thin, dry and.pithy but not hating this.
