Intense, classic, resinous C-hop aromas of grapefruit peel, lemon rind, and peppery pine dominate this West Coast Double IPA and balanced by a delicate UK malt profile. Clean, dank and bitter with caramel and marmalade notes.

Keg at Waterloo Tap. Nil aroma. Copper gold. A tad opaque. Creamy translucent white head. Medium bitter with a sour edge. Resin and fruit. Some sugary syrupy sweetness into the finish. Medium bodied. Slick. Average carbonation. Astringent finish. All a bit too resinous and syrupy for my taste. Not really finding it particularly drinkable.

Can. Just a light haze on this gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, mildly dry, decent fine carbonation. Light malts, a light sweetness. Mild cooling pine. Tiny dose of hop spice. Decent citrus but quite peel and ripe orientated. A modest hop skunk underneath. Smooth finish. Tidy but lacking a little hop spark.
