Brewed with our old Pals over at Disruption is Brewing this is a Raspberry Ripple sour with oat milk and vanilla added giving it an amazing body. Sharp, creamy, raspberries.
Unfined, unfiltered, unpasteurised natural beer. Suitable for vegans.
Ingredients: Water, Malted Barley, Oats, Wheat, Hops, Yeast, Oat Milk, Vanilla Pods, Raspberry Puree

Keg at Horse & Groom Micropub, Chobham. Aroma id a mix of raspberry smoothed out by vanilla. Cloudy. Dark pink. Creamy white head. Medium sour. Light-medium bodied. Slick verging on creamy. Flat carbonation. Long dry astringent finish. Pleasant if one dimensional - the ice cream element gets lost. However it didn't particulary occur to me that this was actually supposed to be a Sour Ale so I guess that the ice cream element tunes down the sourness.

Can ordered online from the brewery and drunk at home. The colour is slightly purplish pink, translucent with a ring of pinkish white head. Light raspberry juice aroma, some light funk. The tart taste is intense, filling the mouth with a full fruit sour. There's little let-up in the long finish although there's a light wave of creamy sweetness right at the end. Medium to heavy to carbonation. This is a gorgeous sour.
