Cask at CBC Covent Garden. Grassy citrus aroma. A slight haze to the dull gold. Forthy white head has a decent bald patch. Very light bitter with some vague stone fruit unsourness. Light-medium bodied. Thin if slick. Flat carbonation. Dry finish. 3.8% bore fest. But you can't dislike it as it's so safe.

Cask at CBC, Covent Garden on 11th January 2020. Clear golden amber with shallow white foam and a full descending lace. Biscuit malts throughout, and spicy, fruity hoppiness. Peaches and plums. Hazelnut nuttiness. Rear-palate bitterness developing in the finish. Zingy mouthfeel and a medium body. A pleasant, well-crafted ale.
