Case at Craft Beer Co Covent Garden.Initially fruity aroma develops a sewer edge. A slight haze to the dark amber. Frothy bubbly white head. Medium bitter. Quinine all the way. Light-medium bodied. Soft mouthfeel despite flat carbonation. Astringent finish. Didn't enjoy this.

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 8

Cask at CBC, Covent Garden on 12th January 2020. Amber with shallow foam and scant lacing. Caramel malt and floral hops in aroma and in-mouth. Bitter finish with lingering caramel. Full bodied with a zingy mouthfeel.
