A pale, hazy golden colour with grapefruit, pine and citrus aromas. Dry refreshing mouthfeel with a lingering, spicy, dry bitterness, ending in a clean dry finish. Big ‘hoppy’ nose with hints of Grapefruit, Grassy Pine and Citrus Taste.

Cask at Pigs Ear. Near clear rich gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Light palate, semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Ripe pale malts and overripe bruised citrus. Light and semi dry finish. D ull.

Gravity Cask at day 2 of the 41st Pigs Ear Beer Festival, 03/12/2025.
Copper pour topped with a lasting off white head.
Nose is biscuit, stewed fruits, grains, herb.
Taste comprises orange peel, grass, light floral notes, bready tones.
Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying close.
Okay.

Cask at Egham. Sweet stone fruit aroma. Slightly hazy copper gold. Bubbly white head. A touch of bitterness before good dose of sweet stone fruit comes into play. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Flat carbonation. Long sweet finish. A tad to sweet for my taste. Kinda flat.
