Things changed some 10 years or so ago with an influx of new world hops and perhaps different ways of thinking about brewing. This beer is a nod to that first wave of craft brewing influence in the UK.

Malty body with toasty and toffee flavours to the fore. We used a clean yeast strain and only kettle hops to ensure sophisticated integration of flavour. Centennial and Motueka bring resinous pine and citrus before a long but perfectly balanced finish.
