A hazed burgundy red sour with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light Blueberry extract, light lactic notes, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light black currant, blueberry, light acidity, very nice. On tap at WÜRSTBAR.

On tap Raspberry and Peach Sour at The Bottle Shop, Bermondsey, London in the company of Jan and Charlotte and Mum and Keith, Saturday 28th July 2018 Fruity and tart with a raspberry, zippy and. Lovely pink colour, juicy and refreshing. Excellent beer.A8 A4 T8 P4 Ov16 4.0

ABV: 4.0%. Hazy medium red colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white - pink head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, peach, raspberry, light vanilla - sweet fruit. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average duration, peach, raspberry, tart, sour, fruity yeast, refreshing. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20180728]
