750mL bottle, dated 4.20, drunk 9/24/22. Clear goldenrod with a small, somewhat dense, white head atop. Beautiful nose still preserves some of the adjunct, but it's soft, aged, very nicely integrated in with the rest of the beer. Lactic culture with gentle brett and no acetic character. Biscuit and honey from the malt gently balances, as well. No alcohol or flaw. Soft and malty in the mouth with great attenuation and a honey-like character lingering on the finish alongside gently tart lactic and brett acids. Herbal notes add complexity without being overdone and the beer seems to have aged marvelously-well. Almost a creamy-rich texture to it with a hint of milkiness from the herb+souring culture. Delicate and highly drinkable.
