Can. Almost clear gold beer and that's a fucken change for this style when it's not some West Coast BS. Small pale cream colour head. Palate is smooth and light but has well embedded fine minerally carbonation. Clean crisp pale malts, nicely sweet. Hops bring crisp pine and juicy tangerine and mandarin. A good serving of tropical fruits coming up on the back end. Ripeish mango, little papaya and pleasing morass of the other tropical goodness. Juicy bright citric finish with plenty more pine on the back end. Fuck my old boot! A cracking dipa from this formerly middling brewery. So joyfully clean but not the usual caramel malt and orange peel of the tedious West Coast style. A totally drinkable delight.

Can at home, 11th December 2021. Pours clear and golden. Aroma is sweet, caramel and honey, esters. Taste is sweet, much sweeter than I expected, resinous sweetness, some hops, it’s rich. Not doing it for me, although I did manage to finish the can

Panda at home, thanks to SHIG, 26/10/21. Clear golden amber with a decent off white cap that thins to a swirl. Nose is orange zest, melon, grass, soft malts, papaya. Taste comprises grapefruit, pineapple, pine needle, grass, melon, papaya, mango flesh. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with lightly aggressive juice laden hop bitterness. Decent DIPA if a touch on the sweet side.

Keg at New Milton Beer Festival. Grass, citrus and a hint of basement in the aroma. Hazy bright gold. Thick foamy head. Light-medium bodied. Thin. Average-fizzy carbonation. Long astringent finish. Decent enough with out reaching rapturous. Edit: just realised that it's this version which explains why it has such a hit.
