Bottle from Redh. Appearance - deep amber to brown with a cream to tan head. Nose - toffee, nuts and honey. Taste - nuts and bread with honey following them in. Palate - medium bodied, quite sweet and needed some hop or malt bitterness to round it off, but not there. Overall - ok.

50cl bottle from the brewery shop. An attractive reddish copper colour with a thin cream head that rapidly vanishes; rich, earthy, toffee aroma; buttery body with some fruity malts; and a dry caramel finish with some lingering herbal hops.
