Cask from Head of Steam, Birmingham. Clear light amber with small off white head. Aroma of sweet berries and toasted malts. Taste of rye malt, berries, caramel, semi dry, hint of cardboard. Medium bodied, easy drinking. Decent enough.

Handpull cask at the Poachers Alehouse, Jacksdale. Dark gold and clear with a small head and plenty of lacing. Orange peel notes on the aroma with the sour spiciness of rye. Bittersweet taste with a citrus hoppiness overtaking the sip to the finish. Clean bitter finish. Simple but quite enjoyable.

Cask at Egham Beer Fest. Vaguest sour malt aroma. Amber. Frothy white head. Heavy sour. Light bodied. Flat. Astrigent finish. Odd beer. Too much rye? Dunno. Whilst I can finish it, it's not enjoyable.
