Brewed to raise awareness about ALS or Lou Gehrig’s disease. Made with a special blend of hops from Loftus Ranch. This special blend was chosen and sent around to select brewers throughout the country to promote ALS awareness. This unfiltered German Pale Ale has nice citrus hop flavors and a great aroma. 5.7%abv (A portion of the sales of this beer will be donated to ALS.)

Cask at GBBF '18, day 3, 09/08/18. Very lightly hazed golden orange with a decent off white covering. Nose is orange pith, straw, toasted malts, light breads, lemon drizzle. Taste comrpises tangerine, toasted grains, airy malts, light breads, melon. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close with balanced hop bitterness. Decent cask pale.

Cask at the GBBF 2018 day 3 09/08/2018. A clear amber orange coloured pour with a beige head. Aroma is orange popsicle, woody orange, grass. Flavour is composed of raw grains, hint of toffee, orange rind, zippy orange. Grainy. Palate is semi sweet, grainy, moderate condition.

ABV: 5.7%. Clear medium orange yellow colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, pale malt, moderate hoppy, fruity hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, pale malt, fruity malt, fruity hops, tea. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20180809]

Cask at GBBF 2018. Fruity floral. Dark brown amber. Thin white head. Sweet caramel with a bitter edge. Medium body with equal body Abrupt finish. Decent.

GBBF Day 3. Cask. Light haze on this amber beer, tidy bubbly cream colour head. Smooth palate, good fine carbonation, very good condition. Smooth malts, light creamy sweetness. Sweet pine. Sweet orange peel. Trace of spice. Smooth finish. Quite sweet but drinkable.

Cask gravity at GBBF 2018. It pours clear brown with a bubbly white head. The aroma is sweet, oily, sappy, resinous, wood, spice, grass, orange marmalade and stewed peach. The taste is dry, good deal of bitterness, sappy, resinous, caramel, peppery spice, grassy, burnt toast, brown bread, light alcohol boost and rivita. Medium body and soft carbonation. Chewy and bitter. Not a classic APA... Alright.

Draft at brewpub. Pours cloudy grapefruit. Nose/taste of grapefruit rind, light orange rind and light malt. Lighter medium body.
