16oz can pours out hazy copper topped with a fizzy head. Nose is big jammy strawberry notes and a wet wheat sour tartness. Taste is more of the nice sweet berries with a balanced sour tart kick.

Cask at GBBF '18, day 3, 09/08/18. Lightly hazed golden orange with a reddish glint topped with a decent off white covering. Nose is strawberry pips, grass, watermelon, grains, citric peel. Taste comprises light funk, sharp strawberries, grains, hay bale, berry pips, damp grass. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close with a modest puckering kiss.

ABV: 5.0%. Hazy medium red yellow (peach) colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate yeasty, gose yeast - dough, strawberry. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration, strawberry, tart, gose yeast - dough, light salty - minerals. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20180809]

Cask at the GBBF 2018 day 3 09/08/2018. A hazed peach orange coloured pour with a a loose white head. Aroma is nice fresh strawberry cucumbers, green apple. Flavour is composed of semi sweet and sour Watermelon, strawberry. Lime zest, strawberry. Palate is tangy, green apple, salty, light peach cobbler. Nice.

GBBF Day 3. Cask. Light haze on this orange gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Light palate, fairly dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Tart ripe strawberry, little tart lemon. Nice light savoury vibe goes well. Finishes light and dry with a touch of strawberry sherbet. Good.

Cask a gravity at GBBF 2018. It pours hazy orangey with a medium white head. The aroma is soft, mellow red fruit vibe, salty, sour, herbs, coriander, lactic vibes and strawberry cheesecake. The taste is dry, tart, bright, punchy acidity, tart red berry, strawberry cheesecake, bit of spice, raspberry pip with a drying and slightly acidic twang on the finish. Medium body and soft carbonation. Not a huge a mint to it, but its fine.

Bottle thanks to Wchesser - pours pink white head - nose/taste of fresh strawberry jam with light sea salt and tangy sour lactose. Lighter/medium bodied. Tasty!
