Pour is a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma is orange peel zest with not much else going on. Flavor is again a mild citrus and maybe some black tea or maybe I just read that and it was on my mind. This was really light all around. This drinks more like a session IPA at 5% than an IPA at 6.2%. This will need some work for the next batch. This is the second beer with Idaho 7 hops and both times they did nothing for me.

Sample size. Gold color and a surprisingly tall, thick head. Light hop aroma. Some hops in the aroma, but this is much more of a pale ale than an ipa with malt being more prominent than the hops. Some bread dough.

12 oz. can purchased at 7 Eleven, Kittery. Dated 6 January 17. Marked Idaho 7 on the bottom. Slightly hazy bright yellow, thin lasting white head. Aroma is good strong citrus and light floral.
Flavor is mostly citrus followed by mild floral, and just a touch of perfume. Body is light and almost leans on watery. Overall it’s still really drinkable but pretty average.

Poured into a becher pint glass, the appearance was a semi-hazy off yellow color with a slight transparency about it. Finger’s worth of white foamy head dies off at decent pace to leave some rings rolling all around.
The aroma spreads the hop oils in a semi-sweet to spicy oily white peppery to peachy sweetness. Piney hops cling upon a bitter zest.
The flavor blended all of those previously mentioned aromas together. Oily wet to peachy aftertaste kicking a little zest and then sliding into a sly sticky sort of sweet peachy to white pepper finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a nice sessionability about it. Moderate carbonation. ABV feels right. Pretty oily smooth along my tongue.
Overall, actually nicely done AIPA that I could have again. Surprisingly better than I thought.

Can in San Diego. Clear golden with a large white head. Drinkable but a bit odd to be honest. Hops, perfume and some fruit. The body was on the light side and the finish bitter.

Tulip at the barrel bar - hazy orange, soapy lace - nose smells like sugared grapefruit, hoppy candy - soft texture - very resinous, highly citric, very bitter, verging on overly so, especially in the finish, which kind of tastes like grapefruit pith - needs a little more balance.
