Draught at Harry’s Hofbrau in Redwood City. Pours a clear straw with minimal white head. Aroma is fresh white peach, citrus and slight coconut. Coconut is also faint in the taste. Flavor includes pear, lemon, orange and passion fruit. Bone dry leads to a quick, crisp finish.

Draft. Straw beer with an off-white head. Orange and light tart aroma. Nutty flavor with orange and light tartness. Medium bodied. Orange and tartness lingers.

Tap. Pours lightly hazy golden, small white head, decent lacing. Aroma is full of Mandarin zest, light sea air. Flavor is very light tart, coconut and orange zest, minimal salt, some coriander. Light body. A bit too dependent on the adjuncts

Can shared by Marcus. Pours gold with a transient white head. Aroma is slight tart, but the associated aroma mystifies me. Near med body. Flavor is tart mandarin, some coconut which is quite toasty in the finish. There’s some salt. Pretty good stuff.

Can. It pours a pale yellow/orange color with a fizzy, disappearing head. The aroma is mostly mandarin oranges with some light lemon and salt. Not much coconut. The flavor has more coconut with strong orangy citrus. Nice tartness and a good level of saltiness as well. The coconut comes across as a little buttery which distracts from the cleanness of this beer. The body is light and fizzy. Well made, but I was left wishing they had left the coconut out.
