Bottle. Pours hazy golden, huge off-white head that dissipates slowly with good lacing. Aroma is Bretty, funk, citrus, oak tannin, vinous notes. Flavor is light tart, light plus funk, lots of pleasant citrus and white grape notes along with a Bretty funk. Pretty nice stuff. Medium body. High carbonation.

Capped 750 from Final Gravity in Roseville, CA. Pours gold with a creamy white head. Funky fruit aroma. Notes of wood and white berries. Near med body. Flavor moderately funky/tart/acidic. Some wood and white berry fruit. Very nice level of tart/sour/funk/acid. Slightly mouth puckering.

Bottle shared by Jeff, thanks! Pours a hazy gold with a hint of pink and a white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has a dry white wine note with sour light fruits and a hint of light grains underlying. Flavor has sour light fruits with a touch of acid and some light oak and grains backing.

Yellow color and hazy. Very sour, and unusually cheese and surprisingly celary salt. Some salt in the aftertaste and lasting sourness. Very good.

[1/28/16] Draught at Almanac & Friends Sourfest at MaSo at Park Central Hotel in San Francisco. Aroma of brett, wine, oak, fruitiness. Sourish flavor, fruity, oaky, vinous, with cookie-ish malt note. Medium-bodied. Very good.
