Per il direttore, la Pils non era abbastanza. Per il conte, mancava il tocco italiano. Ok, rimediamo così: aggiungiamo a freddo i luppoli Saphir, Spalter Select e Saaz. Pensa sia troppo Tedesca? Lei non deve pensare. È Italiana e basta! Dorata, fresca e profumata!

On tap at the taproom Cloudy golden with nice firm white head. Malty, grainy, hoppy, bit grassy, quite clean with nice bitterish finish. Medium bodied.

Tap at Prague Beer Fest 2026. Lightly hazy golden body, off-whtie head. Honeyish maltiness and more distinct floral and herbal German hoppy notes in the aroma. Smooth, just slightly sweetish cleanish taste, floral, slightly grainy-malty. Nice enough, enjoyable lager!

18.10.2024. Tap at Warsawski Festival Piwa. Thin body, medium carbonation. Cheesy hops feeling, not exactly fresh feeling. Medium bitterness, low sweetness. Average, the hops character is kinda lost here. 6,1.

10.4.2026. Tap at Prague Beer Fest. Clean, tasty, easy drinking. No bullshit well made pilsner beer, Italian even, cool. 8,2.

Tap at the pub in town. Clear golden pour with a medium white cap. Nose is very floral, geranium and Yasmine mostly. Barley aroma as well. Mouth: clean and crispy with an oily grassy finish which leads to sweet too. Good start

Can 0.44l from Wild Raccoon Tap Room, Udine. Slightly cloudy, gold colored. AROMA- fermented, herbal and floral noble hops, malt, touch of citrus. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, bitter, floral and spicy hops, touch of citrus, malt. Medium bodied. Good.
