Draft at brewery. Dark golden pour, small lasting head. Classic IPA notes, malty with a bitter, hoppy bite. What IPAs used to taste like 5 years ago.

Can. Hazy gold beer, good fluffy pale cream colour head. Airy and fairly dry palate, decent fine minerally carbonation. Light clean malts, lightly sweet. Bitterish orange peel and a touch of fresh orange. Reasonable pine. Light and bitterish finish. Straight down the line and decent.

Can at home, 18/08/18. Lightly hazed golden orange with a decent lasting white head. Nose is grassy, caramel, grains, bitter orange, straw. Taste comprises orange pith, bitter citric peel, toasted grains, grapefruit, toasted bread, light grassy bite. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close peppered with grassy hop bitterness. Decent clean drinking Old Skool leaning IPA.

Can from GBBF 2018 and drunk at home. Haze amber colour lasting cream head. Pine resin aroma. Some malty toffee on aroma. Smells like an old style PNW piney resiny IPA. Now that goes better in the mouth than I expected. Ripe pink grapefruit and some nectarine too. Touch of sweetish caramel, but underlying and not overbearing. The sweet sparkling rich fruit flavours are what stand out. It is quite sweet. The fruit is more white stone fruit with some citrus overlayed. Carbonation is ok. It's a bit one trick, but the trick is a good one. Really good fruit throughout and highly entertaining.
