PET from the brewery. Low carbonation. Lots of honeyish waxy flavour. Not so much sweetness though. Pretty sweet, but not overwhelmingly so. A hint of citric tang. Little else besides honey flavour - vague hints of spices like cinnamon and clove, but nothing definite. Quite easy drinking and tasty though. Nice.

Bottle at BBT. Honey and floral bready yeasty aroma and taste, medium sweet, medium body. Weird.

BBT june 2024 second round. Cloudy golden color with almost no head. Aroma of roasted bread, honey, floral notes. Taste is bready, toasted notes, honey.
