Bottle. Oil black, coffee foam. Very thick aroma, chocolate, pie crust, dark malts, whisky, dried prunes, slightly smoked, caramel syrup. Powerful taste, caramel, thick, jam, pies, sweetness, dried fruits, brandy, prunes, soft and quite good, slightly smoky, classical RIS.

330ml bottle. Pours jet black with a small head. Aroma is thick oily roast and tar, with a touch of alcohol. Taste has lots of tar and roast. Some blackcurrant. Oily mouthfeel.

Bottle from Honest Brew. Black body with a thin tan head. Faint lacing. Aroma of soy sauce, dark chocolate and coffee. Flavour of prune, fudge and peanut brittle. Medium to full body with a creamy texture. Soft fizz. Rich and decadent.

33cl Bottle from B2 Burgerbar. Black colour, thin beige head. Aroma of sweet soy sauce, molasses, brown sugar, metal. Flavour Ian very sweet, thick, molasses, soy sauce, sugar, some chocolate, sweet finish. Full bodied, syrupy texture. Lacks depth, just sweet and sticky.

Bottle @Luppolo Station (Rome). Nera, densa, impenetrabile, schiuma beige media. Al naso note di salamoia, acqua di oliva, acetaldeide. In bocca è dolce, cioccolatosa, leggermente caffettosa. Corpo pieno, oleosa al palato, carbonazione medio-leggera. Ossidata... già dopo qualche mese?
