"Slovenian Hopped Pilsner"
An extremely flavoursome pale ale brewed with Slovenian Celeia and Dana hops which impart uniquely floral nose and light sweetness. Very, very drinkable; expect nothing less from our lean clean Slovenian!

Cask at the Prince of Wales, Farnborough. A straw coloured pour with a thin white head; floral aroma; immediate crisp, grassy bitterness in the mouth; with a dry floral finish. A pleasant "real lager".

Cask-conditioned, on gravity, at the Tucker’s Maltings Beer Festival, 15/4/2016. Golden in colour, with a decent, off-white, head. Aroma of lemons, hay and lager hops. Flavour of cereal malts and more lemon fruit, leading to a decent, bitter, finish. Good.

Cask @ Craven Arms, Birmingham. Colour is straw yellow. There is a bit of white head. Soapy lemon in the nose. Balanced enough taste; a strong bitter hop keeps sweetness at bay. Thin palette. A reasonable attempt at an Eastern European style pils/lager but ultimately fairly anonymous.
