Draught, taster. @Torch & Crown, New York (NY). 29/08/2024 [#7.690 Global - #1.542 United States of America - #1 Torch & Crown Brewing Co (My Brewery #347 from the States)] Pours light hazed golden with a lasting off-white head. Aroma: canned peach, confectionery and citrus. Taste: ripe peach, citrus peel and lemon rind. Some weird mint palate. Next one, please!

Pale colour, clear, small frothy head, pretty lacing. Aroma is white grapefruit, some pineapple and cream, some pine. Medium bitterness, not aggressive. Good.

Has a bit of haze, nice fruity hop, bit weedy. Malts are a touch thin but the hop is nice.

On tap at Pint Defiance, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out nice piney hops, gentle dankness, and a crisp biscuity malt base. Flavour is piney and crisp, with lots of piney hops and biscuity malt. Piney and dry, with a crisp dry finish. Excellent.

Draught at source: pours clear with white head. Aroma is grapefruit, pine, some herbal notes. Taste is sort of bitter, especially in lingering finish. There is some off herbal or weird perfumey notes that detract from quality. Fine.
