This Double IPA was inspired by Django Django. Mirroring the double nature of its name and refelcting the double hopping process. We used Citra and Nelson Hops resulting in a harmonious blend of tropical and wine-like flavours.

. Finns lite gräslighet . Angenäm mild fin Dipa. Men ja du fattar lite väl mild. Sa jag den var mild?

Can. A light haze on this gold beer, good size bubbly pale cream colour head. Airy palate, a very mild dryness, good fine minerally carbonation. Soft creamy sweet malts. Smooth cooling pine and a very light touch of nibbly hop spice. Bright piney hops overlay a good juicy hop fruity aspect, just a tad ripe in the orange, mandarin and tangerine departments. Touches of mango and guava. Finishes light and crispy and mildly hop spicy. Nice brew but no wow factors here. In my book, just an indication of where hoppy beers are these days. 12 or 13 years ago this would have been a 4.3 at least.

Can at home, from HOTM online, 24/05/24. Murky orange with a good sized lasting just off white head. Nose is bitter orange, grass, pine needle, mango flesh, modest danko nip, papaya. Taste comprises orange pith, grass, pine needle, grapefruit, dank spike, bitter tropical fruits, raw pineapple. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with earthy come grassy hop bitterness allied to a balanced rising boost. Solid bitter leaning DIPA.
