22st March 2018 Alma. Keg. This was a rate but ended up a todk thanks to the latest Ratbeer botched update. So this a is memory rate aided by bros rates who had it at the same time. Hazy brown beer z small pale tan head. Light palate , semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Semi sweet malts, touch of dark chocolate and a little earthyness. Modest fruits underneath. Okay brown.

Keg at The Alma. It pours hazy dark brown with a medium foamy off-white head. The aroma is earthy, toasted nut, wood, sweet, coffee grounds and some dried fruits. The taste is dry, bitter, charred wood, leathery, chewy, bit of berry / dark fruit, cocoa, peppery and some tar with a drying and chewy finish. Medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. A bit chewy and burnt. Meh.
