Bottle, 14.0%. Good fat honey aroma. Clear yellow colour. Good perfumy and flowery hop flavour. The finish has a little alcohol and burns a little.

Golden color. Penetrating honey aroma, floreal, not my favorite. As promised, a semi-dry Mead, with mediocre honey flavor, a bit breadish, and also a late bitterness that is out of place; too much alcohol presence. Nothing special.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a clear golden. Sweet honey and almond aroma. Medium body, a discreet honey sweetness but actually appears mainly dry and even tart. Lots of honey and flower notes though. Ends dry. Very interesting. 050111
