Dry and funky pale ale, fully fermented with Brettanomyces Q. Will become more complex over time. Hopped with Amarillo and Olicana. Aromatic, roasted lemon zest, golden malts.

Hazy yellow gold with a frothy white head and a yeasty nose. Soft and smooth with light citrus notes, a little funk and a slightly dry finish

Half-pint, cask; 32nd Shrewsbury Beer Festival on 26th September 2024. Hazy dull golden body, white crust. Musty Belgian farmhouse leanings with old citrus fruits trying to get out and escape, add a dirty horse blanket if you want extra 'funkiness'.

Can online from the brewery. Pours light hazed orange with a just off white cap. Aroma: pale malt, citrus, mild brett, a little yeasty. Light sweet & bitter, citrus, orange, light tangy, bretty hints. Dry finish. Medium body with low carbonation. A little subtle, would prefer a bit more brett character. Nice enough though!
