Our most hop-forward beer in almost two decades of brewing. We began with a brand new blend of pale malts which provide a soft, clean base for an octet of the punchiest, most vibrant American hops in both leaf and pellet in the whirlpool, followed by a double dry-hop during and after fermentation. The result is a blast of herby citrus zest flavours and aromas, paired beautifully with the smooth yellow haze in our first unfined cask ale. Gluten free & vegan

Cask at Brewery Tap, Chester. Gluten Free. Hazed orangey gold colour, white foam head and aroma of tropical fruit, hops. Taste is sweet, malty, grain, tropical fruity, melon, herbal, with citrusy, resiny hop bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying herby hoppy bitter finish. Nicely drinkable

Hazy gold with a small bubbly/frothy white head and light malt, some yeast and a touch of fruit on the nose. Smooth, semi-creamy with bitter orange alongside soft, light malt and a dry, bitter finish
