British Maris Otter extra pale malt and Malted Oats create a malty-sweet biscuit base with satisfying mouthfeel that with the addition of Lactose gives a fuller, sweeter body.

Jam packed with American Citra, Simcoe and Mosaic hops, Tamar’s Tusk is full of tropical fruit flavour and aroma, all finished with a hint of a fresh Pembrokeshire Sea breeze from local Dulse seaweed that made Wally the Walrus feel right at home!

Like a Walrus appearing in Tenby, there is a uniqueness to this beer brewed in honour of an unexpected visitor who came to Tenby in the Spring of 2021.

‘Wally’ the Walrus, as he became known, quickly gained celebrity status with visitors travelling many miles to see him at his favourite spot on the bottom of our lifeboat slip.

Hazy yellow gold with a bubbly white head and a fresh, fruity nose. Moderately fizzy with a tropical and citrus fruit taste, a citrusy kick and a dry bittersweet finish.

Hazy golden pour with a decent white head. Aroma is mainly tropical fruit, taste adds some hoppy bitternes. Overall quite nice.

Cask @ Harbwr Bar, Saundersfoot. Hazy dishwater-gold with a head. It's fruity in both aroma and taste, although more stewed than tropical in this respect.
