Mosaic, Monroe & Enigma. We wanted to make a field beer that satisfied our hop cravings without the strength of an IPA. Big aroma, low bitterness and a soft body from using 40% wheat in the mash.

Sampled @ BXL Beerfest 2018. A hazy pale golden beer with a small off-white head. Aroma of yellow hoppy fruits, yeast, wheat. Taste of mild hoppy yellow fruits, pineapple, mild citrus, wheat, long bitter finish, nice.

Draught at BXL Beer Fest, Brussels.
Dark yellow, hazy body, with a big, fluffy, lacing, yellowish head.
Aroma of citrus, grapefruit, grass, flowers, apricot, some tropical fruits, wheat.
Tastes similar, dry, with some biscuit.
mouthfeel, with a carbonation.
Finishes dry, crisp, citric, floral, a bit yeasty, fruity.
Very nice. Lots of fruity hops, combined with the refreshing wheat character. Lovely, quaffable style example.

Keg at Bar Under the Bridge, Sourhbank. Spicy and floral aroma. Opaque gold. Thick creamy white head. Light bitter. With some citrus amongst the hops. Light-mesium bodied. Slick. Average carbonation. Long dry finish. Decent but less interesting than my prior ticks today.

ABV: 3.8%. Murky matt medium yellow colour with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate hoppy, pine, fruity hops, hop oil, hop cones. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, fruity hops, pine, fruity, wheat. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20180801]

Keg at SixDegrees Aberdeen. It pours lightly hazy gold with a medium white head. The aroma is fresh, juicy, sweet, plum fruits, apricot, melon, persimmon, greengage, bit of green grassy notes, daffodils, wheat, brioche and muffin. The taste is smooth, light bitterness, bready, wheat, straw, citrus peel, apricot, melon, plum, toasty grain, touch of green banana, grass and daffodils with a dry finish. Medium body and fine, foamy carbonation. Very well balanced and chuggable.

Keg at MK BG, 13/09/17. Golden orange with a decent off white cap. Nose is juicy citric flesh, aromatic hop, light pine dusting, papaya, fresh grass, mango, orange pith. Taste comprises juicy melon, ripe mango, tangerine, pine resin, orange pith, light grapefruit, passionfruit, soft bread, straw. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close splashed with juicy hop bitterness. Solid well made hop jus. A nice surprise for this oft mundane style ... could session on this big time !
