Mosaic, Monroe & Enigma. We wanted to make a field beer that satisfied our hop cravings without the strength of an IPA. Big aroma, low bitterness and a soft body from using 40% wheat in the mash.

440ml can from Burnt Mill. Slightly hazed yellow gold colour, white foam head and aroma of tropical fruits, floral citrus, hops. Taste is malt, wheaty, fruity, tangy, with some funk hints and zesty citrusy hop bitterness. Light to medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry hoppy citric bitter finish. Nicely drinkable.

Can from Stirchley Wines and shared in Bangkok. Poured a hazy golden orange colour with a thin broken white heard. The aroma is grainy malt, citrus? Stone fruits. The flavour is moderate to light bitter, with a fresh, crisp, light fruity, mineral, earthy, light dry hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.
