A session IPA fit for any occasion. We're using some of the all-time great hops here - Citra, Simcoe and Amarillo. They give us piney aromas, tropical fruit flavours and plenty of zesty orange notes. Everything is brought together with a soft mouthfeel helped by our favourite water profile and a subtle bitterness.

Can from Beer52. Semi-hazy pale gold/yellow with a small white top. Aroma has an orange citrus with an earthiness, some sweet flora. Taste of soft pale malts, tangy orange and passionfruit, hint of pine and a floral element. Nice soft mouthfeel to this with fine carbonation. Very solid.

Can from Beer 52 – drank at home. Pours a cloudy greenish lemon with a small transient frothy white head. Nose is vaguely lemongrass and straw. In the mouth it is sweet, but with underlying lemon sharpness. Flavour is runs the gamut of citrus, orange, grapefruit, pineapple and hints of mango. Yet more citrus in the finish. Not my sort of beer at all, but better than I expected. Pretty easy drinking.

Pissing me off now Siren ... supermarket beers now Beer 52 bargain ingredients yet I'm paying you full whack ! From RIP OFF Siren online ... probs last time I bother with them, 13/01/23. Lightly hazed golden orange with a moderate just off white head. Nose is tangerine, grass, citric tinged straw, papaya, light guava. Taste comprises orange pith, light perfume, floral notes, lychee, faint stoned fruits. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spattered with light juicy come grassy hop bitterness. Decent session fayre ... maybe Siren send out the better stuff looking at the Beer 52 raters scores!?!
