Draft at the source. Hazy yellow color white head. Aroma of freshly cut hay. Taste is mainly lemon and light white pepper. Good summer beer and palate cleanser.

A hazed blonde lager with a thick frothy lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light Brett, light lactic notes, light German hops, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light grassy hops, light Brett, light lactic notes, very nice. Bottle from brewery.

Green bottle, 750 ml, lot 26-11-20, purchased at Rapido on March 10, 2021, savoured on March 24, 2021; eye: yellowish with a whitish hue, cloudy, no effervescence, ring of white head, slight lacing; nose: citric, fresh, light white wine, slight musk, slight wild yeasts, slight spices, light pepper; mouth: citric, fresh, light white wine, slight musk, slight wild yeasts, slight spices, light pepper, acidity, semi-dry citric finale, light-medium body, good carbonation, lightly bitter, slightly sweet, slick texture; in summary: nice surprise
