(On tap @ La Souche Limoilou, Quebec City, Nov 16/21) Pours hazy straw gold with a decent white head and a little lace. Notes of semi-sweet balanced cereals, smooth straw-toned Brett with just a little mulchiness to the funk, light lactic citrusy acidity, Chinook contributing earthy conifers, a little pale citrus zest and soft resins, a little phenolic saison spice as well mid-to-finish, drying softly bitter aftertaste from the dry hopping. Light body, smooth effervescence, very high drinkability. Very nice low ABV farmhouse.
