Bottle that pours a hazy amber colour with golden highlights, and tiny particles in suspension looking like spices. The head is frothy-fizzy, very light beige with decent stay for the fizziness and some lacing spots left. Wild farm-like aromas with a caramel malt base, a touch of vinegar and medicinal notes. The taste shows a nice balance of the Brett wildness with all found in the nose, but all fitting together. A lightly drying finish, not too thick - so goes down well.

A hazed golden amber ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light acidity, light Brett, light lactic notes, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light acidity, light Brett, light lactic notes, light buttery notes, very nice and smooth.
