Bottle at Weathered 2022, Vancouver
Black colour. Mild aroma of chocolate and vanilla. Thick mouthfeel, sweet, dark chocolate, caramel, roasted nuts, traces of vanilla.
Excellent.

Bottle at Weathered 2022. Black with small tan head. Roast malt, chocolate, lots of marshmallow, touch of graham cracker. Not complex, but tasty.

Bottle at Weathered 2022, pours black with a small beige head. Aroma is loaded with graham crackers, followed by gentle cocoa and vanilla. Flavour is full of graham crackers and cocoa upfront, with light earthy coffee. Chocolatey and cookie-like. Nothing complex or elegant but it's very nice.

A pour at I hope not a super spreader event Weathered. Appearance: dark brown with a beige head. Aroma: lots of cookies with chocolate and vanilla. Taste: along the same lines, sweet and sick, some roasted malts. Overall: ok.

Dark brown colour from a 500ml bottle, with little copper highlights. The head is mocha-coloured, fizzing away faster than average and not leaving much lace. Beautiful, rich dessert nose marshmallow-vanilla, cacao powder, hints of nuttiness and a nice roasted malt base. Lots of sweetness in the taste as well, but enough hops to cut the syrupy aspect. A slight warmth with the alcohol. A real nice easy-going dessert beer.

A deep dark stout with a very thin brown head. In aroma, sweet fruity chocolate malt with dark fruits, vanilla, coconut, alcohol warmth, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity chocolate malt with dark fruits, licorice, alcohol warmth, vanilla, light coconut, very nice. On tap at brewery.
