Inspired by a Berliner Weisse, one of our brewers’ favorite beer styles, this raw sour beer was double dry hopped with Citra and Cryo Citra to accentuate the already distinctive citrus flavors brought by the Escarpment Labs Lactobacillus blend. With intense flavours of lime, lemon, as well as touch of sour candy sweetness, this sour beer is complex, flavorful and incredibly refreshing!

A hazed blonde ale with a thin creamy lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light lemony notes, light Epsom salts, light tropical fruits, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with lemony notes, tangerine, light acidic notes, pleasant and smooth. On tap at brewery.

Barely hazy, very light bright yellow colour with a big white frothy cap, good stay and leaving some foamy lacing. Dry-hoppy scent with mild grassiness and fresh citrus notes. The mild sourness comes out in the taste. Gets a little hazier, but not too much. A good Berliner with enough dryness in the finish - still quite refreshing.
