How About Italy? Good idea! Our new dry-hopped Italian-style Pilsner is made with 100% pilsner malt and dry hopped with Saphir and Spalter Select hops.
This refreshingly simple dry beer has a blast of citrus, restrained mowed grass and summer vibes.

Well, does not look like any Saaz hops in this one, but style give a little spiciness found in good American Pilsners. Fresh grassy, herbal hop nose over mild sweet malts. Pours a very slight hazed, bright light-yellow colour with a frothy, fizzy white cap, decent stay and some small foam lacing spots. Dry-hopped with Spalter and Saphir, so this cuts the sweet malts. Fairly wet all-around though, and refreshing, and not too thin for the style. Had a few of these, and would again.

A hazed blonde pils with a thick frothy lacing white head. In aroma, crisp biscuit malt with grassy hops, light mineral notes, OK. In mouth, crisp biscuit malt with grassy German hops, Saaz, light cereals, OK.
