In September 2009, Spirit Tree Estate Cidery opened with a vision of crafting the best ciders in Ontario. To mark this milestone, we have crafted a limited-edition cider using our premium Estate ciders, blended like a French champagne. This bold, off-dry cider has a deep colour and aroma of brandied apples. Clean and crisp on the palette with a smooth velvet finish. This exceptional cider has been 10 years in the making. Wassail!

A golden cider with aroma of sweet apple jam with light honey. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity apple pulp with light acidity, light honey, very nice. From bottle at cidery.
