Pigs Ear. Cask. Light haze on this gold beer, small cream colour head. Light palate, semi dry, nicely crisp. Light malts. Nice light lemony citrus. Touch of tangerine. A tad dry but in nice condition and it wins you over.

Bottle at home in London - picked up at Clissold Wines. Slowly gushes from the bottle. Pours unclear golden-orange with a dense, creamy white head. Pleasant citrusy hops in the aroma, some orange rind, pine needles, dried pale malts. Light sweet flavour with further rindy and pithy citrus character, pale and lightly grainy bread. Light bodied with active, massaging carbonation. Fairly clean in the finish, lightly floral, with more rindy bitterness, dry pale malts, lemon peel, grass. Pretty decent overall.
