A hazed blonde saison with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light lactic notes, Epsom salts, light fruity esters, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light Epsom salts, light candy sugar, pleasant and smooth.

Bottle to go from the brewery. It pours a very cloudy pale gold with a wispy white head of foam. The rich plum & banana aroma features fruit split elements. Boozy woodsy hopscotch aroma & flavor... the taste is fruity earthy plum and grapes with a winery character and a semi-dry finish. This is quite a balanced weird wine/plum liquor type brew. Nice. Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy very pale yellow color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty weak bretty aroma. Fruity malty spicy yeasty bretty citrus flavor. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty bretty finish.
