Bolder and bigger than a regular pale. A compendium of some of the most aromatic American hops deliver punchy aroma and tropical, lychee flavours followed by a strong but highly drinkable bitterness. Pale golden, yellow colour in colour with a brilliant white, creamy head remaining through. An all-round full flavour.

Cask at GBBF '18, day 1, 07/08/18. Clear golden blonde with a decent off white head. Nose is citric peel, floral aroma, straw, orange crème. Taste comprises melon, grass, straw, perfume, lemon drizzle, light breads. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close with mellow balanced hop bitterness. Ok.

Cask at the GBBF 2018 day 1 07/08/2018. A bright gold coloured pour with a halo of white head. Aroma is semi sweet, floral notes, apple soft citrus. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, earthy grains, wheat, lemon rind, straw.. Palate is semi sweet, lowish carbonation, oily. Ok.

GBBF Day 1. Cask. Almost clear gold beer, small white head. Smooth palate, pretty modest carbonation. Smooth sweet malts. Sweet floral citrus. Candy tangerine and the mildest touch of citric peel. Smooth finish. Fine.

Can @ Højbjerg tasting 28 July. Pours nearly clear pale straw with airy but stable white head. Clear aroma of citrus and hops, with touches of yeast and hints of spice. Bitter, hoppy flavour with sweetish touches of malt and yeast and hints of spice and bread. Bitter and estery aftertaste. Reasonable.

Cabn- Frothy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. moderate malty and heavy hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavior. Long heavy bitter finish. Oily palate.

Ca @Højbjerg Tasting. Clear golden, huge fluffy white head. Malty, bready aroma, light citrus and yeast notes. Sweet malty flavour, hoppy bitterness, light citrus, grapefruit.

Can @ Saxo tasting. Clear yellow with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty and moderate hoppy - citrus. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 280718

Can @ Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are malt, fruits, flowers, hops and has a nice bitter finish.
