A hazed golden ale with a thick creamy white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light pine, light lactic notes, light grapeskins, light cork, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light pine needles, light lactic notes, light cereals, pleasant and smooth.

(750ml bottle from La Duchesse d'Aguillon, Quebec City) Pours lightly cloudy orange-gold with a decent but stable white head and lace. Notes of lightly tart Chardonnay, lactic citrus, a fair amount of saison yeast, rustic cereals, a little funk and some woody barrel presence to go with the wine, finishing fairly dry with Chardonnay and saison yeast elements in the aftertaste. Light to medium bodied, actively carbonated. Another nice wild from Prospecteur.

750ml (thx, Max C.!) @ Sales Force office. Appearance: a bit hazy golden with a white head. Aroma: some lacto, brett, barrel notes. Taste: along the same lines, moderately acidic, some nice grapes notes. Overall: quite good, but I would prefer less acidity.

750mL bottle, pours a hazy dull golden with a small white head. Aroma reveals lots of wild bugs upfront, with gentle Chardonnay barrels, and some rustic saison yeast. Flavour is quite buggy, with lots of Chardonnay, gentle wild bugs, earthiness, and rustic saison yeast. Really nice mixed wild yeast here, with just enough white wine. Very good.
