Bottle: Poured a dirty yellow color wild ale with a small foamy head with limited retention and lacing. Aroma of funky ester with some fresh buckthorn notes and nice herbal notes with some tart notes. Taste is also a mix of funky ester with some buckthorn notes with some herbal notes and some tart notes. The body is full for style with good carbonation. Enjoyable buckthorn/herbs mix.

Poured from 750mL bottle (tasting with Jean-Francois & Derek). Golden with small white head. Great balance, huge nose of sea buckthorn and light floral notes. Taste is slightly more subdued in a really good way.

A hazed golden orange ale with a very thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light pine needles, light citrus, light lactic notes, light Brett, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light raspberry jam, light acidity, light Epsom salts, light Brett, very nice. Bottle at Festibiere de Laval 2022.
