Vom Fass im Muted Horn Berlin 2024-11 (with Pears & Dolgo Crabapple / 6.1% ABV) getrunken. Diese klare messingfarbene Cider mit leichter Kohlsäure zeigt ein sehr ausgewogene Balance der Fruchtaromen, leichter Säure, kaum Bitterkeit und feiner Süsse. Ein sehr gelungendes Cider!

On tap at Burdock, pours a cloudy blonde with essentially no head. Aroma brings out plenty of farmhouse notes, crisp apple skins, and a musty dryness. Flavour is bone dry, with lots of farmhouse character, musty dry champagne effervescence, and crisp dry apple and pear skins. Low acidity, high farmhouse character. Really nicely done.

(On tap @ Beertown Barrie, Oct 22/22) Pours hazy pale yellow without much head. Aroma of sweet apple flesh, lactic acidic edge, soft minerality, a little gentle farmhouse yeast quality, not much peppery phenol though. Flavour is gentle, lightly sweet and lightly tart lactic-soaked apple blend, little nutty depth to it, minerality, light funk, dry finish. Light body, average carbonation. Solid draft cider, a little light but well balanced and drinkable.

A hazed blonde cider with aroma of sweet apple, light Epsom salts, light acidity, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity apple mix with light acidity, light cork, Epsom salts, very nice. On tap at Dominion City.
