A west coast inspired IPA, Hollywood has a biscuit malt backbone that is derived from its pale ale malt sourced from PEI’s shoreline malting. With moderate bitterness, intense hop character and notes of melon and pine, Hollywood is a very approachable IPA.

Hazy, pale, medium head. Bitter, sweet, nice toasted malt. Maybe a touch of butter?

Tap @ Stillwell Beer Bar, Halifax. Nice head with good duration. Color is hazy golden. Aroma and taste are rich tropical fruits, flowers, malt and has a nice hoppy bitter fruity finish.

A hazed blonde ipa with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, pleasant. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light bitter character, pleasant. On tap at Charlottetown location.
