Our pilsner is a representation of Maritime flavour. Made will all PEI malt and New Brunswick hops, Fixed Link is an effervescent German inspired pils that is clean, bright, and full of flavour. Light bodied with a snappy bitterness our pilsner can be paired with a wide array of foods, from strong cheeses, to spicy cuisine.

473mL can. Pours clear blonde with a white head. Dry grass and crisp cracker malts on the nose. Flavour has crisp cracker malts and dry grassy hops; very bright and clean. Very nice German-style pils.

Clean and pale, biscuity malt, fairly bitter, well-balanced. Everything a good pilsner should be.

Tap @ the brewery. Nice head with food suration. Color is pale golden. Aroma and taste are grass, hops, malt and straw. Nice bitter grassy finish.

A lightly hazed blonde pils with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with grassy hops, light mineral notes, OK. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with grassy hops, light mineral notes, a bit thin, but ok. On tap at Charlottetown location.
