A lighter version of a Saison, this Grisette was brewed with barley and a generous amount of oats. Otis is dry with citrus characteristics. Fermented with our blended house yeast culture yields a complex and approachable beer. Notes of lemon zest, hay and mild oak.

A blonde saison with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light banana esters, light Brett, light lactic notes, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light Brett, light lactic notes, light cherry and wood, pleasant. On tap at Borden location.
