Clean, light-golden colour with a frothy white cap, fizzing away mildly, leaving a foamy coating over the brew. After swirling the bottle, bets hazy. Aromas are a nice blend of grapes and lighter wine vinegars. The taste shows a nice mix of both again, with some decent sourness. More on the grape juices, than Pinot Noir with the woodiness and all. Still, pretty drinkable and easy for a sour - which this brewery is good to brew.

A hazed golden ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light grassy hops, light Brett, light lactic notes, OK. In mouth, sweet fruity malt with light Brett and cork, light buttery notes, OK. On tap at brewery.
